Would a Dinosaur Blender Tutorial Help Anyone?

Hey, guys! I've had questions in the past about possibly doing tutorials--crazy 'cause I don't think I'm good enough to be teaching anyone, but whatever. There's been a lot of questions about how I'm building my Blender models. Would it help anyone if I started a new one and did a tutorial while working on it? Drop me a line if so with ideas on which animals you'd most like to see done and I'll see what I can do.

Toodles! =P

P.S. Here's some ideas of animals I'm planning on doing anyway; see if they sound good to you.
1. Ceratosaurus
2. Brachiosaurus
3. Parasaurolophus

Thank you so much! I have what must be my first decent model, of a Tyrannosaurus, but I haven't done features like teeth, the tongue, and maybe even little protofeathers here and there. But, so far, when ever I tried making teeth of tongues,It gets messed up when I subsurf it. Any advice? I know I need to make the inside of the mouth thicker, but how do I go about doing that without messing up the head in subsurf process?
